DESCRIPTION

The MYO Strength Pendulum Squat is a machine designed to isolate various parts of the quads and build lower body strength. The machine features a variable resistance design which provides an optimal strength curve. With a kink in the footplate, this allows for the user to squat with either their toes or heels elevated. Weight horns on the front and rear of the machine offer adjustable counter-balance so that users of any capability are able to use the machine.
