Deliveries

Order Confirmation & Delivery Process

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged.
We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know about that.

Deliveries are expected within 5-7 working days from the date you order. Pallet deliveries may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be deliver within 5 -7 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 5 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@zaiahkcardiofitness.com so that we can help.

Pallet deliveries are curb side drop off only.

Please be aware you may receive a call from our delivery courier or haulage company contact you in advance to confirm your delivery date and timings. Please make sure you provide your contact number on your order is correct so that the carrier can contact you about your delivery if required.

Please retain all original packaging, wrapping and pallets in case of returns. If wrapping and pallets have been disposed of this can be provided for a fee.

Order Cancellation or Refused Deliveries:

You may cancel your order for full refund prior to your order being shipped, though if any costs have been incurred, they will be deducted from payment received. If you cancel your order after shipping, you are responsible for all freight charges incurred by our supplier. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery 'will not fit' through any doors/ stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all out ward and return carriage costs and up to a 15% re-stocking fee is applicable.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos
of the damaged items to info@zaiahkcardiofitness.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Delivery Access:

Although our dedicated carriers are equipped with detailed road maps of every areas of UK, is there any further information that would make your delivery address easier to locate?

Please notify us of any delivery obstructions and ensure that the delivery area is clear.
This includes, though not limited to:
-steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance)
-trees & shrubs -steeply inclined driveways
-narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Due to the size of some
delivery vehicles, Zaiahk cardio fitness or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle.

If there is any specific requirements, please do let us know by emailing us your order number, name and address to info@zaiahkcardiofitness or shibilaman@zaiahkcardiofitness.com. Alternatively you can call us to  0333 880 8142. So we can make alternative arrangements.

Disposal of pallets are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery of pallets is to the curb side immediately adjacent to the delivery vehicle. Inside delivery is an extra cost and must be booked in advance.

If not booked as an additional service, it will be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your own business/home. We would therefore recommend that you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its ground floor point of installation easily.

Zaiahk cardio Fitness will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or Zaiahk Cardio Fitness were not made aware of any access restrictions.
