Returns & Refunds
We want to make our service hustle free for our customers. So that we have made our process even faster.
Once you receive your order please retain all the original packaging, wrapping and pallets in case of return. If any of these items been disposed of this an be provided for a fee.
How to Return your Order:
Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@zaiahkcardiofitness.com or info@zaiahkcardiofitness.com. Please do let us know what products you want to return along with customer details and order number.
We will get back to you within 3 working days. And we will let you know the full instructions on how to make your return. Please check you emails and junk/spam if you are unable to find our reply. Still can't find please give us a call on 0333 880 8142.
Please do not send any items back to us until we have contacted you and provided with how to return instructions.
No returns or exchanges can be accepted without the customer service team approval.
Some of our suppliers can arrange collection of your items, but the cost will be deducted from any requested refund before it is issued. Cost of collection begins at 10.87 per item plus VAT. Please aware that the collection labels are not included. This will be emailed over and it is customers responsibility to print this.
Some of our items are custom branded and special-order, which are non-returnable.
Please ensure that the item being returned has not been built/used and has been repacked into its original packaging. Returned items not in their original packaging will not be accepted unless deemed faulty by our suppliers or the equipment engineering team.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once our items reached in our dock. We can only approve the refunds or exchange once the items being inspected for any further damages or faultiness. Once everything has cleared and approved the refund will be granted. Please note any additional costs during the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
You can expect your refunds within 5-7 working days. If the refund didn't appear in your account please email us and we will solve the issues and we may request for further documents to complete the refunds.
